Big Creek Greenway (North Point entrance…attempt?)

It rained a lot again. And Big Creek flooded again, apparently. I decided to try the entrance over by North Point Mall, but didn’t get very far because, in addition to the portions of the trail that were dangerously muddy, there were also sections that were totally flooded.

I was surprised the trail wasn’t closed off. There were still people buzzing past me on bikes, and even bravely slipping and sliding while walking through the mud. But I figured my joints wouldn’t be able to handle that, so I turned around and left.

However, I did finally get to see the big, juicy creek in all its newly-rained-into glory.
