November 25, 2024 (Finally, Boardwalk!)

Big Creek Greenway starting from Big Creek Park

I finally made it to the Big Creek Park section of the Greenway on a day when the boardwalk was open! I love a good boardwalk and this right here is a very good one. It goes through wetlands and offers excellent, up-close views of the creek. I know I was tracking my steps at this point but I didn’t save a screenshot and I’m not trying to scroll all the way back through my Zepp app.

On this day, I saw ducks! I’m a huge fan of ducks. I also saw a deer. But, most intriguingly, I found these woven flowers in the trees? No ides what was up with that.
